How do I choose the right size for pole wear?
We provide detailed size guides on every product page. Since we carry multiple international brands, we recommend checking your measurements against the specific brand's chart as sizing can vary between labels.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags and hygiene seals intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items where the hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to pole dancers worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
How should I care for my pole wear?
To keep your gear looking its best, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, ironing, or tumble drying, as high heat can damage the elasticity and metallic finishes of the fabric.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday through Friday are typically dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Are your heels suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We stock a range of heel heights, starting from 6 inches which are perfect for those just starting their exotic dance journey. We recommend starting lower to build ankle strength before moving to 7 or 8-inch platforms.
